DoView support is available through the following:
- Linkedin group on DoView Software Questions for specific software questions and a Linkedin group on DoView Visual Outcomes Planning for more general questions on the approach.
• DoView Help System here the full DoView help system, you will be able to find answers to most of your questions by looking through this help system (also accessible within DoView itself Help > DoView Help)
• DoView Quick Video Tours here and accessible within DoView itself (Help>DoView Video Tours)
• For many resources for using DoView (videos, articles, 1 page tip sheets) look at the Resources page
• Full DoView Help Manual PDF. Detailed information in printed form of how to use all aspects of DoView. Print this out and use it to find out more about using DoView.
• Individual email support. Use the comment form on the right. Please say what version of DoView you are using. (Finding the DoView version number).
Please note: To keep DoView affordable we are not planning to provide individualized email support once we set up a DoView discussion forum. However until we do that, we are happy to provide as much support as we can via email (use the form on the right). We also want to make DoView even better than it is already, please also send us a comment or feature requests using the form opposite.
