5. Action Plan
This action plan shows what needs to be done and who will do it. The tasks (just entered as steps) for each person (just entered as steps) have been linked to the person. If the facilitator clicks on the step representing any person, the 'link icon' (an inverted V) will appear in the step for any task they are going to do. Priorities for action have been shown by coloring steps from dark to light blue - the darker the blue the higher the priority. Lastly a 'hop-to' (triangle in bottom right corner) has been put in the step 'Patient survey on level of demand for counseling'. When using DoView, clinking on the hop-to will bring up the slice for the Patient Demand Survey (shown in screenshot 3).
