How to draw a DoView visual strategy and outcomes model

DoView strategy and outcomes models are used as the basis for DoView 5-Step Visual Planning and Outcomes Management. Think of drawing one as being something like setting out a road trip where your outcomes are your destination on the right hand side (why you are doing what you are doing) and the steps you are going to use to get there are on the left hand side (how you are going to get there). More detailed information is available on what an outcomes model is from a conceptual point of view.

DoView® Strategy Models (outcomes models) are used as the basis for DoView® 5-Step Visual Planning and Outcomes Management. Drawing one is as simple as describing a road trip. More detailed technical information is available on what an outcomes model is from a conceptual point of view.

What a real-world DoView® Results Roadmap looks like

Real-world DoViews usually take up more than a single page, they are broken up into different 'perspectives' or 'points-of-view'. In the case of the road-trip above you could have a driver, passenger and car point of view.  Click within the webpage version of a DoView embedded below to see how you can drill-down within a real-world DoView. The point is, DoViews can be as large as you like.
